| ISFILA is the most respected association with regard to the expertise of all types of Stamps, Postal History and other philatelic documents related to Ottoman Empire , Ankara Government and Turkish Republic periods.
The protocol between the Turkish Federation of Philatelic Associations (TFPA) and ISFILA has authorized ISFILA to be the sole association for issuing expertise certificates. The Expertise Committee is composed of specialist philatelists, each of whom is an expert in his area and nominated by TFPA .
The certificates prepared by ISFILA are signed and guaranteed by TFPA and they are unique.
